G\u00fcne\u015f\u2019in yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131z\u0131l\u00f6tesi \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar milyonlarca kilometrelik bir yolculuktan sonra d\u00fcnyam\u0131za ula\u015f\u0131r. Bu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7arparak topra\u011f\u0131 ve denizleri \u0131s\u0131t\u0131r, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ise yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7arpt\u0131ktan sonra yans\u0131yarak tekrar uzaya geri d\u00f6ner. Ancak havada bulunan sera gazlar\u0131, k\u0131z\u0131l\u00f6tesi \u0131\u015f\u0131malar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 so\u011furarak, atmosferden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131n\u0131 engeller. Bu so\u011furma olay\u0131, atmosferin \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Atmosferdeki sera gazlar\u0131 ne kadar \u00e7oksa o kadar \u00e7ok \u0131s\u0131 tutulur. Bunun sonucunda da D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fckselme g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son 100 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde k\u00fcresel iklim, k\u0131smen insani faaliyetlerden kaynaklanan sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 nedeniyle ortalama 0,5 oC \u0131s\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ngiliz bilim adam\u0131 Stern\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, bug\u00fcnden itibaren herhangi bir emisyon sal\u0131nmasa dahi k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, gelecek on y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde 0,5 oC ila 1 oC artmaya devam edece\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada yap\u0131lan iklim modelleri; bu emisyonlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n gelecek y\u00fczy\u0131l i\u00e7inde 1,4 oC ila 5,8 oC daha \u0131s\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, yerk\u00fcrede hidrolojik d\u00f6ng\u00fcy\u00fc \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde istikrars\u0131z hale getirecek, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar ve su ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda daha fazla de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fe neden olacak ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hidrolojik olaylar\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011funu art\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnya\u2019da gelmi\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f en s\u0131cak 5 y\u0131l s\u0131ralamas\u0131 (en s\u0131caktan ba\u015flayarak) 2005, 1998, 2002, 2003 ve 2006 d\u0131r. G\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi gibi gelmi\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f en s\u0131cak 5 y\u0131l son 15 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Karbon Ayak \u0130zi Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130nsan faaliyetlerinin sonucu olarak sal\u0131nan, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca sorumlusu olarak g\u00f6sterilen ve karbondioksit (CO2) cinsinden \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evreye verdi\u011fi zarar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karbondioksit ve di\u011fer sera gazlar\u0131 atmosferimizde her zaman bulunmu\u015f ve t\u0131pk\u0131 sera gibi \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 i\u00e7erde tutarak d\u00fcnyay\u0131 ya\u015fanabilir k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. End\u00fcstriyelle\u015fme ile bu gazlar\u0131n atmosferdeki miktar\u0131 artm\u0131\u015f, k\u00fcresel ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k daha \u00e7ok \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tutulmas\u0131 ile y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bunun sonucu da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi olarak \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bizler her g\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z aktiviteler ile bu sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n sal\u0131m\u0131na neden olmakta ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkilemekteyiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu etki bizim Karbon Ayak \u0130zimizdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kimi zaman bu karbon sal\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin i\u015fe giderken ara\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n egzoz borusundan \u00e7\u0131kan gazlarda oldu\u011fu gibi. Kimi zaman ise durum bu kadar belirgin de\u011fildir. \u00d6rne\u011fin marketten sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fcretiminden nakliyesine kadar olan s\u00fcre\u00e7teki \u00e7\u0131kan emisyonlar gibi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">San\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aksine Karbon Ayak \u0130zi\u2019mizi azaltmak o kadar da zor de\u011fildir. Ya\u015fam standard\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeyi gerektirecek \u00f6zveriler bir yana, b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla ya\u015fam kalitemizi ciddi bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckseltecek sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karbon Ayak \u0130zi\u2019mizi tam olarak saptamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse de, bu konuda edinece\u011fimiz genel fikir, ki\u015fisel olarak iklim \u00fczerindeki olumsuz etkimizi azaltmam\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sera Gaz\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karbondioksit, Metan, Nitroksit, Hidroflorokarbonlar, Perflorokarbonlar, S\u00fclf\u00fcr Heksaflorit, Ozon, Su Buhar\u0131, Kloroflorokarbonlar\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcm bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gazlar \u0131s\u0131 tutma kapasitelerinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya neden olan gazlard\u0131r. Yani sera gazlar\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak Kyoto protokol\u00fc t\u00fcm bu gazlardan sadece ilk 6 tanesinin kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etmektedir. Karbon Ayak \u0130zi i\u00e7in de bu alt\u0131 tane sera gaz\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu alt\u0131 sera gaz\u0131ndan \u0131s\u0131 tutma kapasitesi en fazla olan gaz S\u00fclf\u00fcr Heksaflorit\u2019tir. Ayn\u0131 miktarda Karbondioksit gaz\u0131ndan 23.900 kat daha fazla \u0131s\u0131 tutabilir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Perflorokarbonlar 9.200 kata kadar Karbondioksit\u2019ten daha fazla \u0131s\u0131 tutabilir. Ancak bu iki \u00f6rne\u011fe bakarak yan\u0131lmamak gerek. En tehlikeli sera gaz\u0131 k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmada % 50 paya sahip olan Karbondioksit\u2019tir. Bunun nedeni, hem miktar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok hem de karbondioksit molek\u00fcllerinin atmosferdeki \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn 50 \u2013 100 y\u0131l gibi \u00e7ok uzun bir s\u00fcreye sahip olmas\u0131ndand\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapmazsak gelecekte neler olacak?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">    \u2022 En ba\u015fta buzullar eriyecek.<br>    \u2022 Kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 sonucunda b\u00fcy\u00fck kurakl\u0131klar ya\u015fanacak.<br>    \u2022 Deniz ve okyanus seviyelerindeki artma sonucu k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridi olan \u00fclke, ada ve \u015fehirler sulara g\u00f6m\u00fclecek.<br>    \u2022 Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 artacak<br>    \u2022 Kurakl\u0131k, erozyon, \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fme gibi afetlerde art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanacak<br>    \u2022 Canl\u0131 alanlar\u0131 ve canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinde azalma olacak.<br>    \u2022 S\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmler olacak.<br>    \u2022 Kuzey Afrika \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fecek ve b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6\u00e7ler olacak.<br>    \u2022 Tatl\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131nda azalma sonucu insanl\u0131k susuzlukla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak.<br>    \u2022 Mercan resiflerinin neredeyse tamam\u0131 (%97si) yok olmas\u0131, kutup ay\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n soylar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fckenmesi gibi canl\u0131 alanlar\u0131 ve canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinde azalmalar ya\u015fanacak.<br>    \u2022 Kuzey Buz Denizi tamamen kaybolacak.<br>    \u2022 Bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanacak, \u00f6zellikle Afrika ve Kuzey Amerika\u2019da s\u0131tma yay\u0131lacak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atmosferdeki karbondioksit birikiminin de\u011fi\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak iklimin de\u011fi\u015febilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, ilk kez 1896 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nobel \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc sahibi \u0130sve\u00e7li Svante Arrhenius taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne yapabilirim ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hepimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in i\u015fe gitmek zorunday\u0131z ve hepimiz t\u00fcketimi seviyoruz. Ancak bir\u00e7ok \u015fekilde yard\u0131mda bulunabiliriz.<br>\u00d6ncelikle, ki\u015fisel olarak k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z katk\u0131y\u0131 fark etmeliyiz. Karbon Ayak \u0130zi, bug\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak bu katk\u0131y\u0131 nas\u0131l en aza indirebilece\u011finizi ve gelecekte nas\u0131l do\u011fru \u00fcr\u00fcn tercihlerinde bulunabilece\u011finizi g\u00f6sterecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bunlar\u0131 biliyor musunuz? Elektrik, karbon emisyonlar\u0131na en fazla katk\u0131da bulunan fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczden elektrikli \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131yla kahve yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda ya da televizyonu a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya katk\u0131da bulunuyorsunuz demektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da hemen yapmaya ba\u015flayabilece\u011finiz \u015feylerin bir listesi vard\u0131r; bunlar\u0131 yaparak k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z katk\u0131y\u0131 azaltabilirsiniz. Karbon ayakizi hesaplamas\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 alanda \u00e7e\u015fitli metodoloji ve standartlar geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Kyoto Protokol\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilen 6 ana sera gaz\u0131n\u0131n (CO2, CH4, N2O, PFc, HFc, SF6) ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 standartlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda H\u00fck\u00fcmetler Aras\u0131 \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Paneli (IPCC)\u2019nin yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu metodolojilerin yan\u0131nda, GHG Protokol\u00fc, ISO 14064, CDP, PAS 2050 gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karbon ayak izi hesaplamak i\u00e7in bir firman\u0131n 4 ad\u0131mdan olu\u015fan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 izlemesi gerekmektedir. Kurumsal raporlama i\u00e7in en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan kapsam, operasyonel kontrol kapsam\u0131d\u0131r. Bu, organizasyonun, g\u00fcnl\u00fck operasyonel kontrolleri alt\u0131nda olan t\u00fcm faaliyetlerinden kaynaklanan karbon ayak izini hesaplayacak ve sorumlulu\u011funu alacakt\u0131r anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Firman\u0131n kendi faaliyetleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki baz\u0131 sal\u0131mlarda bu kapsamda dikkate al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad\u0131m 3 Verilerin toplanmas\u0131 ve emisyon fakt\u00f6rlerinin uygulanmas\u0131: Ayak izinin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve kapsam\u0131 \u00fczerinde anla\u015fmaya var\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, faaliyetlere dair veriler toplan\u0131p, emisyon fakt\u00f6rleri ve k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma potansiyelleri hesaplanabilir. Bilgilerin bu \u015fekilde toplanmas\u0131na envanter denir. Emisyon fakt\u00f6rleri her \u00fclkede farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fi gibi zamanla de\u011fi\u015febilir. Emisyon fakt\u00f6rleri i\u00e7in IPCC k\u0131lavuzu ve WBCSD\u2019nin GHG Protokol\u00fc 2007 gibi bir\u00e7ok kaynak mevcuttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad\u0131m 4 Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve ayak izinin raporlanmas\u0131: Rapor saydam olmal\u0131d\u0131r ve yap\u0131lan se\u00e7imler, varsay\u0131mlar a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde ifade edilmelidir. Bu sayede kurumlar emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekmekle kalmaz, ayr\u0131ca maliyet azalt\u0131m\u0131 da yapm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2- Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm: <\/strong>Kurum i\u00e7indeki cam, ka\u011f\u0131t, al\u00fcminyum gibi at\u0131klar biriktirilerek geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle kazan\u0131l\u0131rsa emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u0131f\u0131rdan bir hammaddeyi \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gereken enerji, yeniden kazanma i\u00e7in gerekenden daha fazlad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin 1 ton ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile 36 ton CO2 emisyonu atmosfere sal\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3- A\u011fa\u00e7 Dikmek:<\/strong> Emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in akla gelen ilk yol a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma yapmakt\u0131r. A\u011fa\u00e7lar fotosentez yoluyla havadaki CO2\u2019i yapraklar\u0131na absorbe ederek ya\u015famlar\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken besini olu\u015fturur. Ki\u015filer ve kurumlar da arazi ormanla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 yapabilmektedir. Ger\u00e7ekte her a\u011fac\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fcne ve ya\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re emisyon tutma miktar\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r.
